This is WHO I AM.....

I LOVE sports and being active!  I do like video games but know that there is so much out there that is a lot of fun to do, and I want to do it all!

In the winter, I am on the Kirkwood Ski Team, in California (about 45 minutes from home).  I spend much of my time on the ski slopes and at meets.    This sports doesn't seem to bother my asthma and the winter air seems to work just fine for me.

In the summer, I like waterskiing, wakeboarding and tubing.  Kayaking is great too and basically anything that involves water, is just fine with me!

My brother Jeff and I are taking flying lessons on a Piper Cherokee airplane!  It's a great time!

I am very active in Boy Scouts, 4H, Youth Group, etc....  I am currently working on completing my Eagle project which is to make PSA's (public service announcements) on both asthma and dyslexia.  The only thing that I need to do is to have my Eagle Board of Review, and then I can say that I am part of the Eagles nest (like my brother)!.

In 4H, I love this so much in that again, I can do things with my family (I am really close to them).  We are part of the 4H Shooting Sports and are working toward the State competition.  (I am not into hunting, just target & aim) which is great for my dyslexia.  I am also part of the 4H Kids Helping Kids, a media club that teaches kids that they have a voice and that they can do anything they dream of doing!

• Douglas County 4H Clubs (it's not just about the animals)  In 4H we have lots of wonderful things for kids to do and in this club, we learn and teach others all about the "how to" approach to making movies and teaching skills to the community.
• Boy Scouts of America - a service building club that teaches values and skills to carry throughout your life.
• Hilltop Community Church - a wonderful way of bringing the good word of the Lord and other youths together!  It's awesome!
• Kirkwood Ski Team - a great club to use the love of skiing and teamwork together and enjoying the winter season!
